Life expectancy of Native Americans in the United States dropped by a shocking 4.7 years during the COVID-19 pandemic, about three times that of whites and by far the most of any ethnic group, according to new CU Boulder research.

The FBI, in an effort to improve the reporting of missing persons on Indian Country, is releasing a list of more than 170 Native Americans it has verified as missing throughout New Mexico and the Navajo Nation. The list was last updated on July 21, 2022.
